The water container and cubes is a soft and pleasant soft soft silicone and the plastic lid. It is very practical, it hardly takes up space and takes out small but very acceptable cubes. As in most, first you have to pass it through water so that the lid comes off, and if you put hot water in the central hole of it, it comes off almost immediately. Wash it well because at first they come out like white dust that I suppose will be of the manufacture, termination or protection. I have my doubts about its duration with use.
